Recruitment target:

Full-time undergraduate students, junior college students

Application requirements:

1.Law-abiding, good conduct, no record of bad behavior;

2.Abide by the rules and regulations of the hotline, abide by the principle of confidentiality, and do not disclose any information of the calling students;

3.Observe the code of ethics of psychological work;

4.Have a sense of service, strong sense of responsibility, love, work actively, hard work, physical and mental health;

5.Able to work as an operator, good at communication, accurate and clear language expression, with good affinity;

6.Must have worked continuously for at least one year;

7.Principle of priority: Students from poor families identified by the university Student Financial Assistance Center。

Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for answering the hotline for psychological counseling;

2.Clearly record the relevant information of the appointee on the psychological consultation appointment registration form;

3.According to the free time of the calling students, arrange psychological counselors for the calling students;

4.The relevant information and consultation time of the students will be communicated with the relevant psychological counselors in time。

Working hours：

1.The duty period is from Monday of the first week to Friday of the 20th week of each semester;

2.Monday to Sunday 8:00 am to 21:30 am for duty hours;

3.Each shift lasts 1 hour and 45 minutes;

4.Each operator must be on duty at least 4 to 5 times per week。

1.A stipend of 100 yuan per month (from March to July, September to January each year, but not in February and August) is available;

Registration process:

1. Applicants join QQ group;

 

2.The psychological counseling center will conduct qualification review and organize relevant personnel interviews according to the registration situation (time and place will be notified separately);

3.All candidates who pass the interview can be trained by the psychological counseling center before taking up the post;

4.The probation period of the operator is 1 month. After passing the probation period, the operator is officially hired. If the operator fails to pass the probation period, the backup operator will take over。
